We make our hand painted Signature line of dog bowls and cat bowls in our Atlanta, Ga studio/factory along with other pet accessories such as raised diners and home accents. |

1. First our skilled American craftsmen form the heaviest dog bowl in the pet industry (Signature Line) using a 15 ton
hydraulic press. 2. The rims of the dog bowl are then hand trimmed and shaped. 3. The leather hard dog bowls are then
bisque fired to 2,000 degrees. 4. Our artisans decorate the pet bowls with a creative design and sign the bottom of each
piece. Like all hand painted pieces, each is slightly different from the other, there in lies the charm. 5. Personalized dog
bowls have the name hand painted onto the bisqueware at this time. 6. If the bowl passes yet another inspection, then it is
dip glazed in a lead free dinnerware safe glaze and sent into the kilns for a final firing. 7. The final firing is at over 1800
degrees. This dual firing process ensures brilliant color and durability as well as dishwasher and microwave safe bowls. All
glazes and underglazes are dinnerware safe (FDA approved) and prop 65 compliant. 8. All Melia dog bowls are inspected
six times throughout the process to ensure a flawlessly crafted bowl of unmatched quality. 9. Then each bowl is individually
boxed and shipped to your door for your pet to enjoy.

compete in the current marketplace we have had to acquire some of our product from non American sources. We still proudly
produce the Signature Line completely from scratch here in Atlanta, GA, as well as our hand painted floor cloth place mats as
well as our recycled rubber placemats, all of our raised diners and many of our home accents right here in the USA.
